One of the most powerful moments in The Lion King — Mufasa’s spirit appearing among the stars to remind Simba who he is. In this concept, Mufasa is traced entirely in Swarovski crystals, set against a night sky scattered with more crystal stars, capturing that quiet, goosebump moment on canvas.
This concept has been approved by Disney and will be painted on a 24″ x 18″ x 1.5″ birch panel board using acrylic paint. Genuine Swarovski crystals will form the stars and Mufasa’s outline, while Simba will be painted in full color. Final approval from Disney takes place once the painting is complete.
This size is approximately $18,000 USD, unframed. The painting can be sized to a larger format upon request — inquire for a custom quote.
