I really enjoy working with resin for some of the artwork for Disney. Water is a perfect subject matter to use resin as it provides such a fluid movement. There is four different layers of resin in Chillin’ On The Boards.
The characters were painted on the 3rd coating of resin so that there is a feeling of depth to the water and fish beneath them.
Perfect for a wall that needs some color to brighten it up.
