For anyone that follows my art, knows that Tink is one of my favorite characters and Peter Pan is just one of those classics that pulls on the heartstrings of childhood memories.
I found the frame at an art store and knew immediately what I wanted to create. The mermaid scene is one of those classic visuals and it was the perfect scene to go with the frame. The bright vivid colors with a black frame to anchor it all together.
The delicate flowers and vines were meticulously sculpted so that they gave Tink a perfect spot to view all the activities in the lagoon.
